"I would not recommend State Farm based on my experience.
We filed a hail damage claim for our roof after a severe storm. Virtually every home in our neighborhood has had its roof replaced because of the damage. Yet after months of emails, multiple inspections, countless phone calls, photos, and videos, State Farm still has not fully approved our claim.
The entire process has been frustrating, exhausting, and unnecessarily stressful. Instead of feeling supported during a difficult situation, we’ve had to fight every step of the way just to get our claim properly reviewed.
If you’re looking for an insurance company that will stand behind you when you actually need them, my experience with State Farm has been extremely disappointing. I would not choose them again, and I cannot recommend them based on how they’ve handled our claim. I wish there will be a minus 1,000 for the rating of their service"

Unfortunately, our agency is not able to override or change State Farm’s claims decisions. We did escalate your claim and requested additional efforts specifically for your case; however, State Farm upheld the decision based on their findings.
We truly regret that the outcome was not what you were expecting, and we’re sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused. If you have any additional documentation you’d like us to review for completeness, feel free to share it with us and we’ll be happy to look into it as well."
