We are seeking a talented and motivated Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you are passionate about insurance, have a proven track record in sales, and hold a Property and Casualty license, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Selling various types of insurance policies, including property, casualty, and liability coverage, to individuals and businesses.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Generating leads and prospecting new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conducting thorough insurance policy reviews and offering appropriate coverage options to clients.
  • Educating clients on insurance products, terms, and coverage details.
  • Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, and policy changes.
  • Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy issuance and coverage adjustments.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies.
Requirements
  • Valid Property and Casualty Insurance license.
  • State Farm Insurance experiene preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and coverage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and insurance software.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • Previous experience as a licensed insurance sales representative preferred.
